Oregon Wine Dinner with Soter Vineyards

Join us Thursday, March 11 at 7:00 p.m. at Firebox Restaurant for an Oregon wine dinner lead by James Cahill, winemaker, Soter Vineyards.

After more than 25 years of consulting for elite labels - Araujo, Dalla Valle, Moraga Vineyards, Niebaum- Coppola, Spottswoode, Viader Vineyard - and the success of his own Etude Winery, Tony Soter returned to his native state of Oregon to pursue his dream of owning his own vineyard and making his own wine, as it is done in Burgundy. Located on the north fork of Chehalem Valley, Soter Vineyards has 22 acres planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
James Cahill is Soter's full-time winemaker and came to Soter Vineyards after a long stint with Beaux Freres, another top Oregon Pinot Noir producer.

Cost is $75 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and seating is limited. Call Firebox at 860-246-1222.
