One of our beliefs regarding wine is that it is always the right time for good bubbles. But what makes a good sparkling wine? Join us for a world tour of sparkling wines both classic and modern including Champagne. What does champagne method mean? Is Prosecco a wine, a grape or a place? What makes Champagne unique among sparkling wines? We'll taste through these questions and more.

This class meets 2 consecutive Tuesday evenings, May 11 and 18, from 7-8:15 p.m. Reservations are required and the class is limited to 14 participants. In accordance with Connecticut liquor control statutes, there is no charge for the class.
