But what’s beyond Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir? This 2-week course looks at red wine from a global perspective. Learn about different styles of key grape varieties, important areas of production and current trends in red wine. No passport required.
This class meets 2 consecutive Tuesday evenings, February 9 and 16, from 7-8:15 p.m. Reservations are required and the class is limited to 14 participants. In accordance with Connecticut liquor control statutes, there is no charge for the class.
