On Friday, February 19, we welcomed Romain Lapalu, winemaker for Domaines Lapalu in Médoc and Haut-Médoc to West Side Wines for a master class on Bordeaux.

Established in Médoc in 1964 with the pruchase of Chateau Patache d'Aux, the Lapalu family now has several estate vineyards in the Médoc and Haut-Médoc.

Guided by Romain, we tasted a range of Bordeaux focusing on their properties on Bordeaux's Left Bank:
